This is a one-page document you can add to your Nokbox.  If suddenly you "go missing" or someone needs to identify you (we know, this is a horrible thought!), they will have the important information they need.  The list contains things like height, eye color, identifiable body markings, where to find your dental records, etc.   

We hope you NEVER need this, but it might be mildly satisfying to have it done anyway!
